Position: ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Behavior Network – McKinney, TX
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques and principles
• Uphold BACB ethical guidelines by providing first-rate services while establishing and practicing professional boundaries
• Implement and maintain knowledge of programs, procedures, and Behavior Intervention Plans
• Meticulously collect and graph data based on treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Safeguard PHI by abiding by HIPAA/FERPA/DFPS protocols and maintaining confidentiality
• Teach and facilitate essential skills such as: functional communication, social skills, adaptive skills, and more
• Report and document program progress
• Cultivate and preserve culture and morale by engaging in collaborative activities with leadership and team-members alike

About You:

• At least 18 years of age with a HS Diploma or equivalent
• Passionate and committed to the service and growth of others
• Have a copious amount of enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
• Organized, with an impeccable attention to detail
• Enjoy working in fast-paced environments with strong adaptability skills
• Have the ability to remain calm and neutral when implementing de-escalation strategies
• Dependable, dedicated, multi-tasking professional
• SPED (EC-12) Certification required to be considered for teaching positions!

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain respectful, engaged, and reinforcing relationships with all clients, families, and staff
• Maintain knowledge of program changes
• Maintain and implement programmed procedures for each client
• Collect accurate and immediate data
• Required to maintain confidentiality about clients, families and center by abiding by all HIPPA/FERPA/DFPS regulations
• Required to exhibit initiative and ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Must be 18
